I've had many a tooth filled without novaciane. I let Dr Karr decide. He tells me if he can do it without it. Call his office. You can Google it. Aldrin rd.

If sandwich isn't too far, I highly recommend Dr Peter Schortmann. He uses a laser system so no need for novocaine and no pain!
