My Neighborhood Dentist is on Schoenherr just north of Common. Kathleen Guay works there as a hygienist (Andrew and Jade Guay's mom). They have what they call in-house insurance. It costs $99 for a year's cleanings (2) including X-rays and cleaning and dr exam. Also if you are on their $99 thing-- any extra work you have done is 25% off anytime during the year. We try to have our second cleaning done near the end of the "year" of the payment to spread it out between. We really like Kathleen. She was the one who met Ethan at 9:30 at night to regular that temporary crown a couple months ago. The second person in the family is only $79 on the plan for the same cleaning discount deal. I've priced around, and this is the best cleaning deal I've found where it's the whole thing--- including everything for basically under $50 a pop. I'm not sure if super teeth on 9 & Van Dyke take children but they were awesome with me & I'm terrified of dentist. But I will give u a heads up my son had a root canal done at Children's Hospital Dentistry in Detroit and they swore up and down he'd be on gas for the procedure and he wasn't. Now he has a horrible fear of the dentist himself so I personally would stay clear of them.
