Most vet practices in Warsaw will have a vet who speaks English. http://www.multiwet.com.pl/ on Gagarina are good for passports with microchips and bloodtest(necessary for Uk).

Klinika małych zwierząt at sggw, it's the vet school clinic and it's in ursynów. Most of the doctors speak English. For general internal medicine you can go to Dr. Ostrzeszewicz or Dr. Zabielska. They speak English. Reception desk on the other hand might be more difficult ;).

Agree, Hau Miau at Sobieskiego 60 have been great with our cat and we've used Multivet on Gagarina. Both speak excellent English.
