Go to the cat sanctuary in Woonsocket. It's a no kill place and the cats will come up to date, or everything is included with the adoption fee.

I always recommend the Potter League in Middletown. Awesome volunteers, people truly care and will do their best to find a great fit! We found both our cat and dog (years apart) there and will return in the future! Good luck!

I got two amazing cats from the West Warwick animal shelter and used to stop by the cat room just to say hi. It's probably the best environment for hanging with the cats and figuring out which one is best for you.
