Ray go to Pet Smart on Rt 2 and rent their Bissell Machine with the Bissel Pet rug cleaner, for less than $50 ( online coupon ) you get the machine for 24 hours. We used Sears and a few others nothing cleaned better than this machine, every stain a kid could make came out. I also did my wife's rental space 1000 sq ft, amazing the crap it sucked up. Easy to use, well worth it.
