Depends on the crew. All moving companies have good crews and then some not so good crews.. Especially in the summer. It's off peak season now so you'll get a good move with most of the major movers. Just ask about valuation.. Insurance etc to cover yourself. 2 men/truck is usually 90 per hour pretty standard (give or take a few bucks). They will all require payment before delivery.
