Thank you for your comments. It's always good to hear when we do things well and when we hear of opportunities to improve. Routine Housekeeping services at the lodge are included in accommodation however, if some Residents wish more of a deep clean and wish outside services to provide that - they are welcome to do so. If however, our regular cleaning services need attention, that is something that can be discussed with me at the lodge. We are proactively accountable and responsible and we strive to do the right thing.
