The Berlin Resort is awesome. Clean, a lot to do, and it has a movie theater so you have something to do after everything closes at night. There's also a bulk food store in Sugarcreek you don't want to miss out on. And of course you have to go to Heini's for cheese.

Linds T. replied:
Most off the better hotels by the lake will be pricy on the fourth. Check out the choice hotels web site free to be a member and YOU get some nice perks if you travel much. The Comfort Inn on peach streets is really nice also is connected to splash lagoon (better pricing then the other two) they also have package deals that includes splash lagoon tickets. It really depends on your price point

I'd book through whatever hotel you decide to stay at, we had to go up for a last minute buisness trip a few weeks ago and 2 different hotels we booked through an online booking company were over booked. We ended up having to stay at red roof inn. Which wasn't bad, but not the more upscale hotel we wanted to be in. If you do book online, deffiently don't book through hotels.com. we uses them this past weekend and endes up in a hotel that looked nothing like the pictures and were stuck there for 2 nights unless I wanted to pay $199 for one night (we were supposed to pay $120)
