We used Steve Abbate. Whatever you do, dont use him. And he was recommended by both the realtor and mortgage broker. He was terrible, and was a giant asshole. He thinks because youre a female that you dont know anything therefore completely ignores you, and your questions- even if your male counterpart asks the same one and gets a reply.

The Reilly Group was great when I used them. 3 guys come out, lots of pictures taken, very complete report and they'll come back out without extra cost the day of closing or after repairs before closing to make sure everything is still ok. Very reason...See More
