Again, try opening a line of credit at carecredit. A very affordable place is Mattatuck Animal Hospital in Waterbury 1095 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708 (203) 754-2105 An exam is $55 and procedures are reasonable, but they do not take CareCredit.
