Best cakes I’ve found are Refined Sugar, recently moved to Guelph. My husband and I drove to all the noted bakeries between KW and London and tested cupcakes from them on a “cake tour” in preparation for our wedding and Refined Sugar was by far my favourite. Her Red Velvet is unreal.

I rather enjoy using CE Food Experience in Waterloo, they do custom cakes, sizes, etc.. It is an online form you can pick the sizes, they email back and will make suggestions as to what they can accommodate. I had a very delicious vegan carrot cake from there.
