I used to go to the Waterloo Sports Medecine Centre on University. The massage therapy helped a lot with my lower back issues. Www.wsm.ca

If finances are a consideration, there is the [massage school student clinic](http://collegeofmassage.com/cambridge/) on Maple Grove just off the highway - 10 minutes from downtown Kitchener. $25 for a full hour - ask for a Term 3 or Term 4 student when booking.

I went to Jeannie MacGregor in westmount and columbia. I had hip pain and I went for 4 times although it went away after the third time. She knows what she is doing. An hour for 90, which i've been told is normal. She also cares for your well-being because she wrote down each of your progress and complaints everytime you come. In my case, every week. She works in her house in her basement and very professional. If you'd like her phone number, PM me. I found her through RMT website. Hope it helps.

Depends on whether you're looking for a fix-my-pain massage or just something relaxing to use the benefits. Waterloo sports medicine for the prior, sanctuary day spa for the latter.

I loooove my massage therapist. Her name is Cindy Dunbar and she works out of the Sanctuary Day Spa at Bridge and University. i can't say enough about her, but she's definitely helped me through a few low back injuries and kept my neck and shoulders loose for the last 8 years or so.

Jeremy at KW Massage does a really good deep tissue massage. You can also schedule your appointments online, which is handy. http://www.kwmassage.com/
