you should know her, she comes to Marsham street and the Abbey centre. i thought she was a mum the little girl she looks after really looks like her and she's very affectionate and joins in all the singing. But she's a nanny. I thought she was polish but she could be Italian. Her English is very good so it's hard to tell. x

Hi Caty From what you have said it sounds like you need a registered Childminder. You can get more information about registered Childminders in Hertfordshire via the Hertfordshire Children's Information Service, telephone either 01923 471 502 or 01438 737 502, email younginherts@hertscc.gov.uk. They also have a web site which is part of the Hertfordshire County Council's site at http://www.hertsdirect.org/. Alternatively, if it is the evening and you just need an irregular babysitter they you could approach a college which trains nursery nurses or childminders and see if you can come to arrangement with them to supply an evening baby sitter.
