This is not in Hemel but Watford, they have internationally renown teachers. They teach MMA, Thai boxing and boxing + excercise classes...

Yes it is. If you go to www.badlands gymnastics.com and click on class times you will see the tuition, times and more info. We have openings in our Thursday 3:45-4:30 Ninja group.
