Oh I love Dr. Strength's in Waxahachie!! We used Dr. Piantini in red oak for the first 6 months, but switched because the office there was just a pain to deal with! Good luck finding one!

Ha^ I went to Dr. Joslin as a kid! How funny that she's still around

Dr Sweet is wonderful but I did hear she's not takin new patients. But still try. I know they have other pediatricians in that practice who are good. I think Dr. Joslin is one of them.

Dr Mann at Cooks Children's in Mansfield. Laurie really likes it there. No wait . Never a room full of sick kids waiting and they get you in when needed they don't put you off.

Dr Peggy Linguist. She is amazing. We went there one time because back then we didn't have insurance and it was cheap but the way she connected with the girls had us hooked. I wouldn't suggest Dr Strength or Dr Ali. We had too many bad experiences with both of them. I've heard horror stories from other people about them too.

Dr. Wagner in Waxahachie. I love her

We use Dr Travis Henry in Waxahachie at Baylor Family Medical. We like the other doctors that are on call when Dr Henry is not available too. And I like that there is almost always a time available with other docs if really needed.

We use Baylor Family Ellis County. We see Dr. Linguist for regular appointments and the on call for sicknesses. They are open 8 am-8 pm Monday-Saturday. We've always had excellent service. I've only had once where we've had to use Care Now and that was because it was right smack in the middle of flu season. We left Dr. Strength when Tommy was 3 months old because I didn't like her bedside manner.

Dr Ghadir Issa 972-274-2222. She's great and Patrick went to her since he was 2. Just left the practice when he left for Baylor. Her sister is the nurse practitioner so there's usually no problem getting in. But it's in DeSoto.

We go to Pediatric Southwest. Dr. Longshaw is our pediatrician, but we like the others too.

We've always gone to Pediatrics Southwest also, love Dr. Hunke, he's very thorough & doesn't rush the appointment.

I take Yair to Dr. Salguero he's a good Dr. He's in Ennis and every time I call they see him. Their # is 972-875-1010. I don't have to fight or pull teeth for referrals either.

This is not the first time I've heard bad things about Dr Strength's staff. I highly recommend the doctors and staff at Baylor Family Medical. If you can not be seen by the doctor there is more than one PA on staff. Excellent clinic I highly recommend.

We always loved Dr Hunke. Dr Longshaw (you've played bball with her husband, Kevin) is also great!

Lily has Dr. Joslin in Midlothian. She is so sweet!!

Dr Joslin is THE BEST! The only thing is she doesn't accept Medicaid except the straight plain Medicaid. I pay for her out of pocket & still have roxxey on Medicaid & she always listens to me when I can tell her medicines that are accepted by Medicaid so I don't have to pay more money!

Dr Sweet in Midlothian at Baylor!! There's a Baylor in hachie too and they take BCBS.

I only like Dr Strength's nurse practitioner. I request him because I agree, she's not very personable.

Dr Henry is the BEST. Wont take my clan to any other! BCBS accepted!

Dr. Fung at Baylor Family Med is WONDERFUL!!! She's been with us since Micah was 4 months old and she takes her time with you and let's you ask questions, etc...she also cares about your child more than their physical health.:)

I use Dr. Burton in Mansfield at Mansfield Pediatrics. We switched to her after having issues with Dr. Towns. I really like her. She is kind and caring and super good with the kids.

Dr. Henry. Dung is good, but only part time so sometimes hard to get into when you have a sick child. Both are at same office.

Dr. Strength in waxahachie. She has been with my twins since birth. I love her.

We use and love Dr. Towns... He's in desoto but worth the little drive!

So, many of these are at Baylor Family Med in Wax...my advice is for you to try them out and see which best fits your needs. Easy to change doctors in the same group AND there will always be someone there to take an appointment if your pediatrician is off.:)
