Java's Brewing & Bakery Cafe has some of the best baked goods you can get your hands on! And, you can't go wrong with their cheesecake on a stick.

I believe Cafe Bliss will be blowing up the bakery scene too in the near future. Not certain if another could be profitable.

ISO, Is there a bakery near Waxhaw or somewhere I can purchase loaves of bread and crusty rolls? Grocery store bakeries just don't have what I'm looking for. Thanks...

The Fresh Market on Providence

I would even try Poppy Seeds... they are no doubt the best bagels around and I think they do sell hard rolls.. It might be worth at least giving them a call. The picture of the platter on the bottom has some rolls: http://www.poppyseedsbagels.com/cateringmenu.html

Great Harvest is very good, but a bit far to drive. Fresh Market on Prov Rd is close by and has excellent (crusty) bread/rolls.
