We had a terrible situation with them. A guy came out and did the check of our units through one of those special deals. Stopped working right after he left. We called them back to check what happened and the next guy seemed to fix the problem but wouldn't admit they had done something wrong. The first guy was trying real hard to sell us new equipment which we can't afford. After that we started hearing a lot more stories of technicians thrrr and other big name companies that would make small changes like take out an o-ring on service calls which then causes you to have to buy new equipment through them. I recommend Belk and Gay here in Waxhaw! Smaller company with a good reputation.

Brothers came the first year after we replaced our unit, some valve went bad and we needed a service too. They told us we needed an entire new unit. I sent them packing and we've been using Helms and Morris Jenkins. next time we need something we're gonna use Butch Kelly for sure though. Butch Kelly is THE MAN.
