Most auto parts stores have a handful of tools they with lone you in their parking lot. I know Advance Auto Parts and O'Riellys Auto parts does.

Check in with Asheville Alignment Specialist. That car shouldn't be all that hard to work on, if it is a car you plan on keeping and driving, I would also suggest replacing the bushings. They are probably totally dry rotted by now.
