From what I understand, there are some Disney travel agents that are paid through Disney, so no cost to you. Their expertise will be helpful when booking for free meal plan, or 30% off your Disney resort. It's funny you ask, I was just researching last night. FYI...free meal plan dates to be announced soon for 2018. Historically, this happens in the Fall.

Hey, Since I am a travel agent and my heart is still in Mt Union, anyone want to give me something to promote Mt Union for a tourist market? I want to promote my home...
Kayak, trails, river, mountain are our focus right now. Code Enforcement and cleaning up image is also main priority.

There are a bunch of fishing tournaments. The Fire Company host an awesome carnival each year. We have Mount Unity weekend which pretty much has the entire town active some way or another. Besides the Indian history, we have a ton of great things going on and in the works. We spend countless hours working and forming new relationships. We do have a few people in the town fighting our cause but in the end everything that is supposed to happen will happen!
Dorothy H. replied:
Oh, when I go to Northside Restaurant for breakfast/brunch, I ALWAYS have a side of scrapple with my eggs and hash browns - YUM!
Janet M. replied:
Hey Jeremy, I'd like to have a copy of that too, since I'm toying with the idea of opening a business: MONACO1121@YAHOO.COM
Mary H. replied:
The Mount Union Area Historical Society is worth mentioning. The Society owns several properties and houses family records and antiques, etc. The Sharrar House is the oldest house in Mount Union proper. Actually the Stone House (Legion) is the oldest house.
Jeremy C. replied:
Also, we are working on a Strategic Plan for the town. Judy Chambers from the Penn State Extension is helping us. It's been a wonderful process and our last meeting to put the plan in place will happen in October. There are a ton of great things in the works right now. I am so proud of all the hard work going on with the people! Next year, we will be looking at doing a Farmer's Market and Community Garden. Our School students have been working hard too on different initiatives!
Jeremy C. replied:
John Corson is in control of that.
