Yes Eastern Oregon veterinarian hospital it's by the new armory in Ontario his name is Dr. Riley and his staff are the best!

All creatures in New Plymouth! Inexpensive, kind, caring, intelligent. No payment plans though. I love them. The vet in Middleton wanted $700-1000 to work up our yorkie and recommended we put her down. Dr Meeks diagnosed her with congestive heart failure, drained fluid from her peritoneal space, put her on lasix, and gave us another year with her for half that. They also spay and neuter for reasonable fees, doggie dental work, c-sections, suture, x-Ray & minor surgeries. You won't find better vets anywhere!

Dog-n-cat wellness in weiser 208-549-3000. I took my daughter/son in laws dog there. She did 2 laser treatments, exam, meds and chiropractic on her and it was only $44. They are VERY good and inexpensive. Give them a try.

Snake River is cheap but they don't do payment plans... they do accept care credit though!

See if you qualify for Care Credit.Its a card that you can use to pay vet bills etc.on a no interest payment plan. Look it up online.

Check out Countryside Vet Hospital. Dr. Francis and Dr. Ralston are wonderful! Wouldn't trust the furries to anyone else!

I love Dr. Burr in Ammon, he is more expensive but he truly cares about your animals almost as much as you do. It does all depend on what kind of animal because I went to East side with my dogs and they were wonderful not so caring for my cat. I went to Sunnyside Vet and Nield was freaking amazing with my cat's but not with my dogs.

Not sure about IF specifically, but Shelley vet is good & down in Poky Alpine is awesome to work with also. There is a credit card most vets called care credit & you can try applying for that
