Not Beyond Construction. They gave me an estimate of $3500 for a bathroom floor repair job another contractor did for less than $500.

LOL!!!! Key WORD~ "LICENSED" once you have an inspector one cannot ask just any one to help:-) No Uncles, No Friends, or No Neighbors to help with the fix up jobs for the house that is being sold:-)

Carol Kirby Padgett, next time I am having the house inspected before I put it on the market and then I will raise my asking price to pay me back for the improvements!!!!!! Boy, I am getting smarter with experience:-) There may never be a next time:-)

We're SO pleased with the quality of his work, he comes in ON BUDGET, and he and his crews are delightful & professional. Sorry to sound like an infomercial, but you DID ask, and he really IS that good!
