I took the toilet off already and stuck a wire hanger down the pipes. I found nothing. Scott and Skyler, are we talking about the same Mikel;) Patti Garcia Masuda she was cleaning up a potty accident on the tile and I didn't catch her fast enough. What kind of a mother do you think I am;) Thanks for all the info guys!

LOL!!!! Key WORD~ "LICENSED" once you have an inspector one cannot ask just any one to help:-) No Uncles, No Friends, or No Neighbors to help with the fix up jobs for the house that is being sold:-)
