Check out the Buena Tattoo Club. Wito and Joker are both awesome! Or if you want Oxnard look into Sacred Heart Tattoo and see Rick or Memo. They're awesome too! I have work done by Wito, Memo and Rick and highly recommend them. They listen to what you want and have a gentle hand.
