I love love love our nanny for our twins. I couldn't have made it through the first year without her (or second or third). I give my twins the benefit of a stay at home mom but still get to work. We found ours on care.com.

We did the same thing as Stephanie Kaye Baron for the same reasons and it was great. Also it is REALLY nice when you come home and the nanny has also done a load of laundry or dishes!
