We really like Dr. Cryder. He has an office on Hamilton mason by the web. He came highly recommended to me by a couple if people. No experience with an expander yet.

Ben had a palate expander at that age- he had a visible cross bite. We also used Dr. Cassinelli. Once Ben was finished, he did not need braces!
