Tried to get work done at Ink 180 recently and he told me they weren't doing commercial tattoos anymore, just focusing on the ministry. Ryan Newcomer at Inkaholix is great! He's done two good sized pieces for me, very professional and a Christian too!

Check out www.lipodoc.com, they have offices downtown and in Oakbrook. They have video info as well on the lasers they use to remove the tattoo. When i had mine removed it was $350 for 3 sessions.
