We love Pedicorps in Bishop's Corner, too. Been with the group (their Windsor office first) for 19 years. Love Dr. Fadakar (female),& their great nurse, who is very patient with telephone questions from nervous parents.

Interview around!!! I met with I think all the practices listed above and ended up going with Dr. Janice Lopez, who at the time was with WH Pediatrics, but is now with Pediatric Partners, LLC along with 2 other WH Pedi docs. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Lopez...she was a savior to my sanity in those first few weeks

Love, Love Love Pediatric Partners, LLC! My girls, who are 10 & 8, have been with Dr. Lopez and Dr. Kallor since they were born. They are so amazing with my children, they are beyond excellent!

Another vote for Children's Medical Group. I would definitely call and interview them. They are amazing. Dr. Dayton is our primary. She is a mom to two children under five and is so relatable. She is calm and patient with the zillions of questions I have as a new mom. The nurses are also so wonderful. One of the nurses gives out hugs after your little one gets a shot. They are available 24/7 on the nurses line and have office hours until 7 or 8 at night and on weekends. We've seen almost every doctor there and feel safe with all of them. Dr Distefano at central, is great, he starts with nb's. Love Dr. C!!!! My go to always is Tyler and Dr.C, but remember, you are not a # in this practice, no matter who you see, they all know u!

Dr. Margaret M. O'Neill and Dr. Della M. Corcoran - both at Central Pediatrics and since you haven't delivered yet, you won't have a problem get in. Both are awesome - actually all the docs and staff are amazing - especially with first time moms. They have never made me feel like a "new mom" and have gone above and beyond to reassure me that I am doing a good job.

Newington Pediatrics is great, and several of the doctors are mothers of young children. We usually see Laura Pickett or Amy Baumer, they are both great, and Dr. Baumer is also a certified lactation consultant.

Couldn't agree more children's medical group. They are great! They have a lactation consultant on staff, (Louis) who has a mothers group every Thursday. Louis is also a aprn, the other aprn is amazing as well! The female Drs are great, Dayton, Willion and Rubin. Dr Harry winerman is our primary and is the absolute best. They are open 7 days a week and have an amazing after hours service.

Tom Fromson is unbelievable. He makes house calls, gives out his cell number, visits kids in hospital and ER. Tireless caring. On call 24-7.

I agree about Newington Pediatrics. We've been there for years. We love every doctor there and the nurses are also fantastic.

We love Children's Medical Group in Bloomfield. I agree with Melissa, they have amazing hours and we never have an issue getting an appointment. All the doctors are amazing, but our favorite is also Dr. Dayton!

Newington Pediatrics...Dr.macGilpin, Dr. Veale, Dr. Friedman, Dr. Siraco...they are all amazing! AND I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time!

We LOVE Dr. Kallor at Pediatric Partners in Bloomfield. All the doctors and staff at their practice are super nice. It is right near the West Hartford line, has ample parking and a new beautiful office. Their number is 286-0444.

Newington Pediatrics are wonderful! The youngest of our 3 children is turning 22 and aging out of the practice this year! Dr. Siraco has been our primary doctor but love the entire group! So sad to say goodbye...

We use Larry rifkin in Bloomfield. 860-243-5225. they are great. My daughter has only 2 vaccines ever and he is just wonderful. Instead of jumping to antibiotics for everything he looks to see what's causing or underlying.

Central Pediatrics! When we lived in WH 18 years ago.... my children saw Dr DiStefano.... he was great! If we lived in WH still, we would still be with them!!

I love Central Pediatrics but they do give you a patient information brouchure that pretty clearly states that if you don't vaccinate to find another practice.

Regarding Central Pediatrics, we go to the practice and they are great! About vaccinating - you have the right to space out vaccinations and not conform to the recommended number of shots per visit! You can always go back every 6 weeks or so and get the other shots you choose to space out! I have 4 kids, and with my youngest who is 5 and is a boy, I spread out his shot regimen, espectially for the MMR! I am glad I did - peace of mind! I believe in vaccinating - but not at the rate that is currently recommended! Good luck!

Larry Rifkin in Bloomfield. Great doc, very knowledgeable. Talks to kids like they are important people THEN talks with parents. He builds relationships with the kids first then treats them.

We go to Dr. Fromson for our twins and think he is excellent. He has made house calls for us, shares his cell number with his patients, always follows up, and was able to diagnose an extremely rare allergy for which there is no diagnostic test. He does like to chat so appointments can run long but he is thorough. He also has a quirky sense of humor.

Dr. Scott Kallor - he used to be part of Dr. Fromson's practice but started his own with a few other doctors a year ago. It is in Bloomfield. He is also very good.

Dr. Lopez which use to be apart of dr.fromsons practice but are now in Bloomfield. She is wonderful! She's been my pediatrician for 17 years!

Dr. Scott Kallor... Used to be a part of WH pediatrics. He as well as several other doctors are now in Bloomfield. It's just over the line. It's worth the drive. Pediatric Partners. They are all great, but we love Dr. Kallor. He's been Alessandro's Doctor since they day he was born smile emoticon

He was mine from when I was born in 1983 until he retired! We're still with Dr Rifkin who took over!! Dr Levine was a wonderful man. So full of heart and truly loved and had a passion for being a pediatrician. He will be missed

Donna, Suzanne they are all amazing. We got to see Dr Levine now and then around town.

We had our daughter go to him because we didn't want her to go to a "group" and not have just one doctor know all about her...best decision ever! Dr. Levine was the sweetest, warmest, most attentive man! We loved him!

DR. Corcoran delivered Abbie and I loved her. Let me just tell you, I was rushed to HH from East Hampton in full labor and she was calm as a cucumber...loved her and she wasn't even my doc! High recommendation for her!
