I am looking to buy a house in the West Jordan area. Any fellow Redditors have recommendations for Realtors in the area?

Yes, Misty helped us buy a house. She was great - very patient with us wanting to look at many (probably too many) properties: http://dev1.wfrmls.com/roster/report/type/agent/rpt/pubfull/id/76458 And since SLC area homeowners are in this thread, I need a good HVAC guy to fix my furnace. Any recommendations?

I'm not a huge fan of my realtor, but I do know the whole city pretty well and which neighborhoods are good and bad. What is your price range? My neighborhood is probably the best quality you can get for how inexpensive it is. It's the very north-west corner of WJ between 4800 W.-5600 W. and 7000 S.-6200 S. Though, maybe I'm a little biased, there aren't very many *bad* parts of WJ. I just like my neighborhood because it's got a wide range of families, but a lot of younger couples and families. And also a lot of houses for sale. It's a good starter home neighborhood.

Nice seeing you guys at Dad's BBQ, dude. You two should come by our place in Sugarhood and have a beer and talk guns!

Thank you all so much for your recommendations. I know it might seem silly that I am asking strangers for referrals but I appreciate you all nonetheless!

I used Brady Haider. Justsoldutah.com His website is stupid but he was fantastic to work with. We were super picky with nearly impossible parameters but he was perfect to help us.

I can help you. I have been a realtor for 10 years and I have a great partner so its a two for one deal. Here is a link to our reviews on Zillow http://www.zillow.com/profile/Robynn-and-Aaron/Reviews/

I used Victoria Gray, and she was AMAZING!! We didn't really know what we wanted, made a lot of confusing demands, and had really awful schedules to work with and she was friendly and patient through the whole thing and was totally flexible in her own schedule just for us. She was amazing at talking to us to find out exactly what we wanted, and matching us to what we wanted even when we had no idea. We were also pretty young, and first time home buyers, and she was very good at protecting us and explaining to us when making a decision what a good option and bad options were. I felt like she was totally transparent and didn't try to jerk us around or sell us on anything that wasn't a good idea. I can't say enough good about the experience I had with her.
Her website is here www.thecruizinhometeam.com and email is here vici@victoriajulian-gray.com
If you do go with her let me know, so I can have you say Hi from me! :)

I recommend Aaron J. Pehrson with Century 21. Cool guy, Awesome Realtor. He was a Realtor of the people who bought our condo and it was an interesting perapective seeing all that he did for both the buyer and for us as a FSBO. Also, the fact that he was so open to FSBO situation speaks volumes.

Does anyone know of a great real estate agent they would recommend in Michigan that specializes in suburbs near the Detroit airport? :)

Also, she says "have them call Jamey Kramer 248-348-7200. Usually my area but a place to start. Suburbs to consider Canton, Romulus (airport is there), Westland, Livonia." Hope that helps!
