Hey Gregory folk, can anyone recommend a decent restaurant for lunch tomorrow in the area near Penn Station? I'm not against walking a few blocks. Nothing too expensive,...

Don't know if these are outside your radius but The Breslin on 29 th between Broadway and 5 th or Marta on 29 th and Madison are both reasonably priced, delicious, and not too loud. If your more adventurous, Mandoo Bar in Koreatown is also excellent. Friedman's on 31 st between 6 th and 7 th is pretty good. Co. on 25 th and 9 th also has great pizza and is priced right. As a last resort, Brother Jimmy's BBQ is right across the street on 31 st and 8 th. Hope that helps.

Rare on 26 th between 6 th and 7 th. It's close to the corner of 7 th and 26 th. You may even be able to eat on the Rooftop Deck. Not expensive and good food. If you like fries, get the French Fry Tasting Appetizer. http://www.rarebarandgrill.com/location/rare-murray-hill/#_=_

Need a great Mexican restaurant for my husband's birthday? North jersey area. Can anyone recommend a good place??
Brent J. replied:
I like Senorita's in Bloomfield. Also you can get a gift certificate from Restaurant.com and save some cash ($4 for a $10 certificate or $10 for a $25 certificate I believe)
Brent J. replied:
if you do get a gift cert, google around for a restaurant.com coupon code as you can often get the $10 ones for $1-2 dollars and the $25 ones for $3-4 dollars
Need recommendations for fleishik restaurants in or near Philadelphia. Thanks!
Lonna G. replied:
Downtown has burgers.org ($10 burgers) and Mamas Vegetarian (falafel. Everyone says it's amazing falafel. I have no idea what that means). Lower Merion has C&R Kitchen (expensive, REALLY good food). Narberth has another Burgers.org. Wynnewood has a pizza shop and bagel shop. I don't know what's in the Northeast.

Dr. Shakshuka in Yaffo
Sarah G. replied:
Dr. Shakshuka has other foods as well as shakshuka. There are various grill places in shchunat hatikvah with interesting meat options like "cow udder."
Andrew S. replied:
Wings bar rules. Dr Shakshuka sucks because once youve eaten you have to leave as its in the middle of jaffa market so kids cant play outside
