Has anyone gone wine tasting? Where's the best place to go?
Jenn K. replied:
Check out Groupon and Living Social, they are always offering deals (one actually offers a limo ride with the tasting). St. Croix is good (Stillwater, next to Aamodt's apple farm), Woodland Hills Winery (Delano), Carlos Creek (Alexandria) are good as well. Check out www.mnwine.org/wineries

if you want a little adventure. We had the best time here. http://www.northfolkwinery.com/ They make freeze woodfired pizzas and have music on friday/saturday nights. They have a good mix of local wines and they brew a cider. Family run and super nice!

Your best local spot for a selection of sours is probably https://www.facebook. https://www.facebook.com/134531896590118 com/162831640419614 Sunfish Cellars, but Nowak's Liquors has great service as well and shockingly good prices.

Nowaks is surprisingly good, but I also like Big Discount on Concord in SSP and Mendota liquors on 110 and Dodd.
