We use Harry Wells, have for years. Also had Joyce at our last house - they were very good too.

We used The Gas Connection for our hot water heater last winter. Very quick service. I will not use Wells or Heritage again if you're looking for places to stay away from.

Well, if it's not fixed today, I may have to try Dean:) Count so far is - no response from Baretts or Joyce; Paul Jary Plumbing came out yesterday and swapped out zone valve and couldn't figure out anything else:( Spent most of time trying to figure out 4 zone wiring and had no idea what smart control on Amtrol water tank was - he was going to go back and check what the Er 3 code was til I til him. He told me to try to get a new panel and if that didn't work, he'd come back out to check through it all. Of course, it still cost me $105:( I put call into Smith plumbing yesterday - he called back about 7:30 this morning and said "would try to get by" today, otherwise tomorrow I asked about smart control and he said they've dealt with them a lot. Here's hoping that's so:) Thanks for all the responses:)
