I work at Dr. Wegrzyn at the Westwood building. Ask for connie on Tues, Wed or Thursday mornings. I would b more than happy to make sure you are happy with our hygienist Amy or Jillian. They are both exceptional and you can see the same hygienist everytime!

I had a really bad experience with Baystate Dental.. While I was having work done under gas and having taken 2 Valium.. They "claim" I agreed to another $800 worth of work.. They are crooks.. I also found out they overcharged us for 2 fillings Jenna had when she was 5.. I would never recommend them! We go to Polo Dental.. They are awesome!

Dr. Kasperowskis' practice is the best, I would go to any one of the hygienists, but yes, you can choose the same one every time! I also have bad anxiety, and having the same girl every time does help!

Kasperowski is great but after a billing discrepancy they sent me a letter saying they no longer accepted my insurance. I've not g ound a dentist I like as much. Seems odd they don't accept Delta Dental.

Maybe the above recommended dentist is running his business in a more ethical manner now than he used to. If you notice them wanting to crown everything in your mouth at $800 a pop, stating that your old fillings aren't holding up....run for the hills and get a second opinion!! jmo! If you're interested in a VERY honest dentist firm that stated my old fillings were absolutely perfect and nothing wrong with them ( that was 20 yrs ago and they still haven't posed any issues for me to this day), and someone who is not interested in jeopardizing ethical practice procedures over trying to make a buck off of you.....go to Dr. Thomas and Kirvin in Chicopee. They are AMAZING! Totally worth the drive!

Thanks everyone, has anyone used Western Mass Hospital Dental clinic or Childrens Denistry of Holyoke? Apparently they are the only ones who accept my insurance

I absolutely do not recommend The Kid's Dentist. Your child will likely be taken care of by everyone but Dr. M as he only pops in at the end for a quick look. They also don't allow parents in the exam rooms. I found Dr. Matthews and his staff to be very unprofessional when I asked them to explain a procedure that they insisted my child needed. They were very abrupt and condescending toward me and my child. After a second opinion elsewhere I was told the procedure was unnecessary. I have since spoken with several other parents that have had similar issues. Check their reviews before you choose. I have switched my children to Cornerstone Kid's Dentistry in Agawam.
