If you like a deep massage, I recommend Carrie at Rehabilitative Massage Clinic on 120 th near Main. She does great work, and at $48/hour, it can't be beat!

For you honey nothing but the best. The Izba Spa in Parker. Russian spa. They work with the Avs and the Broncos. The best deep tissue massage you could ever ask for. 2.5 hours of deep relaxation!!!!! Hmmm.... I shall be booking a massage there soon!

I did a great 6 week one at Kennington Osteopaths run by a doula who also talked through individual post-birth/early days concerns and issues with the group. I felt she gave good explanations of what was likely to work in baby massage and why. If you want a free one, Bishops House does a four week course with Libby who is lovely but not as experienced.
