I've used a lot of chiro's and acupuncturists and Jim Yanchunis has done more for my horse than any other I've used. http://www.eqvet.com/ He comes to MD from VA on Wednesdays. My mare ate with one leg forward (same leg always) for over 18 years and had been seen by numerous practitioners with no resolve. One visit from him (and this wasn't even what I'd had him out for) she's been eating with her front two legs together now for about 4 years. He's done other wonders as well and he gives you stretches, etc. to help keep them right (many with videos he sends to help you get them right).

Green Glen Equine has a vet that does acupuncturist and another vet chiropractor. They are in Glen Rock, PA but they do travel to MD or you may haul in which would save you a farm call.
