A friend used Carroll Computer Connection 2 S Center St Westminster. 410-871-0300 and was very happy with them.

I recommend norton 360 I've used it for years and have never had a problem with my computer, they have live updates and live tech support, it will clean your computer and keep it protected. It costs about 70 or 80 and can be purchased at Walmart or Office Depot or staples

There is some free software you can download that works really well and will remove viruses, trojans and even rogue anti-viruses. It's called Super Anti-Spyware. Www.superantispyware.com. I used to work in IT support and this software works better than most.
