PC Expert is awesome! They took my daughters cell phone apart and recommended we take it back to the person who had just replaced her screen because it would be free to get fixed and didn't charge us a dime! Will def go back to them again!

Barbara Shultz Neff: If the old HD has died, and if you did not have your critical files backed up off that HD then it might be very difficult to recover those files. The other option, if that old HD works marginally, you might be able to access that drive by setting it up as a "slave" drive, and maintain the new HD as the "master" and transfer those files to your new drive.
