Hi Chantal..... They do have a free Family Law center that is run through the Carroll Co. Circuit Court..... They have a hotline for free calls and a few times during the week that you can stop in and talk to a real lawyer... They won't represent you but can give you lots of good advice based on your situation.......

Yeah but I just need like a percentage of how many people actually do jail time. I'm persuading people to making DUI laws harsher. And ways they can help to make them harsher. It's crazy the info I've found and number of deaths each year resulting in DUI.
