I second Dr Diaz, used for my sons wisdom teeth,but he only takes dental insurance. We also used Dr Tendler when we needed and he takes medical insurance

Dr Ira Stone. He not only removed lots of wisdom teeth but he sewed a messed up tongue back in one piece!

Hi Joan. I took my youngest daughter to Dr. Berley last week for a 3D scan her orthodontist (Dr. Zombek) had requested. Dr. Berley's practice seemed very professional, he spent a long time with us going over the scans, and he specializes in adult wisdom teeth removal (I asked him about it because I have been looking for an oral specialist who would also agree to remove wisdom teeth with local anesthesia, which Dr. Berley noted he also did). My daughter is home right now recovering from wisdom teeth removal. We used Dr.Robert Demick, Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. 954-474-9660. His office is located in Plantation. All 3 of my college adults used him. Definitely has a calming and wonderful bedside manner. Very pleased with his work.

His not in Weston, but truly the top Dr. Stephen Rimer in Boca. Beyond knowledgable, always learning more, and state of art equipment. Super staff too! He did all 4 of my wisdom teeth, as well as other oral surgery I needed over the last few years.

I'm a doctor, and when doctors need an OMFS they go to Dr. Mel Krohn in Plantation. Kind, gentle, experienced, and Harvard trained.

We researched and met with a number of oral surgeons from Weston to Boca due to some secondary issues. Dr Marcos Diaz here in Weston was by far the most professional as well as the kindest. He encountered a serious complication mid-surgery and took the time to deal with it carefully - it was delicate work around a nerve - and the results were excellent. Highly recommend him.

Best oral and maxillofacial surgeon in my opinion is in Boca Raton if your son needs to come home. My daughter had a nerve wrapped around one of her wisdom teeth that if pulled incorrectly could have left her face partially paralyzed and he did an amazing job. Maybe try Greenberg Dental. They have several offices in the Orlando area and I think some may be open on Saturdays.

Venetian Point Dentistry-Richard Rampi. Not sure if they have Saturday hours. He’s also near Universal—so a good 40 minutes from main campus. Health Center in campus might have a recommendation too. Greenberg would be a last choice for me.

Go to Orlando and pick him up. Bring him to a local Oral Surgeon here in Weston. Dr. Ira Stone is very good!!

Mega Bus $25 from Orlando. Lots of college students take it. Might be best if he comes here to oral surgeon since they are on spring break now.

Dr Diaz in Weston. Bring him home for it. He might need help after the surgery.
