I am registered with Harbourside and have no complaints but I have to say Portishead Medical Group has lovely receptionists.

There are two main gp surgeries and both great so I'd recommend choosing whichever is closest to where you live. Harbourside (aka Marina Health care service) are closer to the marina development, village quarter and vale area of Portishead. Portishead Medical Centre are behind Aldi, close to the high street and closer to the older, original part of Portishead. Both excellent, in my opinion. Welcome to Portishead!! xx
