Hello! I am looking for a reasonably priced restaurant for Christmas dinner that has vegan-friendly menu options. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi Deborah, you can check out our restaurant list. Alta Bistro, Araxi or the Four Seasons might be able to do something, but you definitely need to call in advance to check. http://earthsavewhistler.com/restaurants/ Feel free to join the Whistler Vegans facebook group and ask in there too!
Recommendations for Restaurants in Whistler? A lot of the lists online just repeat the same 5 places, so I'm hoping to get a local's opinion!

Best place in town is called rim rock cafe, its walking distance from creek side. Pasta lupino is in the village and its nice and affordable, but not really a place to have drinks.

Elements Tapas Bar is great. It also has Gf/veg options.

Try not to be too disappointed if the experience isn't all you're looking for - Due to labour shortages, many Whistler restaurants are under-staffed, and the staff they do have often are whatever they can get. So just enjoy it, and don't get stressed if the server doesn't smile, is gone for 20 minutes or forgets to bring one of your appetizers. It's just how it is up there - Just let it roll off your back.

I've had good meals at 21 steps several times, and have always found the bill at the end to be quite reasonable.

We really enjoyed Creekbread, at Creekside. More casual, pizza. Drinks and live music are fun at the Fairmont too. And drinks and appetizers at the bar at Araxi.
