We go to Ann Arbor. To the U of M School of Dentistry. A cleaning is usually $50 and a quick assessment of your teeth is about $20. I'm sure they have payment plans. I don't have insurance.

Wow, didn't expect so many responses, thank you all! Ana, Ann Arbor is a little far, and I need extensive work done, probably at least 5 removed and 2 are broken down below the gum line. April and Sam, I will definitely look into that, it's close to where I am and if my retired (ha ha) mother in law can drive me... Bruce, I will check into that

They usually go by the Medicaid not the secondary ins. Call Metropolitan dental Center, it's on joslyn in Pontiac, I believe they are the only ones around who take Medicaid, it has to be the Pontiac office too cause the Waterford office don't accept it
