One tip I've heard is that the oiling guide for one movement, and a second movement isn't going to be all that different, and oiling guides for, at least, ETA movements are commonly available.

I've looked into it and the video series first linked in this thread also leads to an oiling guide. The Mobious 9010 and Mobious 9020 is all you need oilwise. I've since purchased a bunch of junk Sekio movements and dismantled and rebuilt the 6309 movement several times. The video is a great way to learn.
