So many great places to visit! We visited last August for a mini tour. Glenfinnan and it’s viaduct and train is quite an experience. Loch Ness was beautiful too. We climbed Ben Macdui and cairngorm meaning we could avoid the horrible steep descent by treating ourselves to a ride on the funicular on the way back down. There’s a deer sanctuary quite close to that too and we got footage of the deers in the wild which was wonderful to see. We visited a friend in Broughty Ferry which is a little fishing village on the East coast which was just lovely. Has the most pubs per square mile if you like it and from there managed a trip into St Andrews which had some of the most amazing beaches I’d ever seen! Basically, anywhere you go you’ll have a great time! Hope you manage to get some ideas together
