The Outward Bound Trust (Ullswater Centre) run 7 day or 19 day courses through the summer for young people - fully residential, and an amazing experience for any young person. Dallam School (Milnthorpe) runs activities (5 days, non residential usually - they're great too. And the YMCA at Lakeside may have some activies for 15 yr olds - all three run outdoor activities with fully qualified instructors, doing really fun/ challenging activities.
