I sent to fast -- you might want to try McClain Powell -- she was the Chi Omega president at W&M a year ago and is now on cardinal cabinet. She worked part time at Goddard -- so I would see her sometimes in Lucy's classroom (she worked from 4-6 I think). If she is not back in Williamsburg yet -- she should be soon. We haven't used her but I would based on seeing her at Goddard. The two babysitters we used last year graduated from W&M and we are rebuilding who we use now. If you ever go the route of a center -- I would recommend Goddard. Lucy didn't go to a big center till she was 18 months. McClain's email is above. Abby from Chi Omega -- seems to know who likes to babysit -- you might want to check with her. Hope this help!
