Greenwood Christian Academy.....we've been there for 3 years and love it! Worth checking out and meeting the teachers. They are wonderful! The facility is so nice and cheerful and bigger than expected.

Williamsburg Parent Co-op Preschool is a wonderful preschool. Parents volunteer in the classroom (so you can see what they are doing and see how your child interacts with their peers) and they offer tuition assistance.

Can anyone recommend a good and affordable preschool in Williamsburg? Looking to place my 2 year old so one maybe two half days a week. I checked out one place but they...
Stephanie C. replied:
Co-op is probably your cheapest BEST option... But there's a high volunteer requirement which is why it's cheaper than other programs. We LOVE LOVE LOVE New Town United Methodist Preschool. Two days a week for 3s is $140 a month I believe? 2s might be a tad less I can't remember. It's all on the website. But most of the programs around town did registration for next year in January or February so you'll want to get on a waiting list ASAP. The PCS season for military families is coming fast so usually the wait lists get spots early. Another affordable option for a part time program is Mom's Morning Out at Williamsburg United Methodist near W&M. You can do anywhere from one to five days a week from 9-12 and it's very affordable.

My kids have done Mother's Day out at Williamsburg United Methodist Church – it is probably your least expensive option. They have also done Williamsburg co-op which was fantastic-it has a volunteer requirement And Greenwood preschool which is also fantastic-no volunteer requirement
