Any satellite service is going to be troublesome with the weather. If you can't see the satellite you won't have good connection. You might see if SVIC can service you, they are a wireless service out of Chiefland, local folks: http://svic.net/

We have CenturyLink and service has been terrible of late. Closer to 121/326 you are the better. I'm a mile from 326 and@3 from the intersection and it drops service constantly.

I have it. It's called Home Fusion. It works fine. It doesn't get unlimited data like phones and tablets do. I get 15 gigs. I think I pay $20/month because I just added it to my phone plan.
