I've not been going in person since Covid but last February, I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Danielle at Floating Lotus in Thornebrook. They also offer sports massage, I believe. It was so good, I ended up buying into their monthly spa package which of course, I haven't used once because Covid lol regardless, I highly recommend her. I have chronic back issues that I've been in and out of PT for - not only did she really focus on my problem areas, she also showed me some stretches after the massage was done and recommended another therapist at Floating Lotus who did a specific type of massage she thought might be helpful (naturally, I cannot remember his name or what type, but I'm sure they can point you in the right direction if you explain what you are looking for). Again, I haven't been during Covid times and I can't speak to their policies or anything like that, but I do highly recommend Danielle.
