Do them yourself! I used EfileTaxReturn.com , and have for years! This was the first year I filed for both Montana and north Dakota, just make sure you claim half and half residency or live in Nd or else you'll have to pay out the ass.

Follow up: I went to Jeff Clarke for my taxes, he reached out to me from this post, got me in the same day, answered all of my questions very clearly and had them Done in less than 24 hours! Also they submitted them for me and set up direct deposit. This was seriously the best tax experience I have had!
