I'm a nanny and I have found all of my jobs through care.com. There are actually quite a few people looking for child care jobs in the area but not too many positions available. Having a nanny has many benefits; better flexibility in wage and schedules, attention is fully on your children, usually in your own home, if you get a good care giver, they will maybe help with some house work, homework and structured activities with the kids. Of course I'm a little bias as nannying is my job
